James is personally involved in every matter handled by the firm and strongly believes in a working partnership with our clients. He encourages open and frequent communication with all clients, whether they be individuals or small or large businesses.
The fostering of strong and personable attorney/client relationships allows James to provide the highest level of representation to our clients. Many lawyers discourage full involvement by their clients; however, James' approach is different. He not only encourages, but affirmatively develops full client involvement in all matters related to their case.
Many lawyers prefer clients who are not actively involved in their case believing that the lawyer knows best and client involvement can interfere with the handling of the matter. On the contrary, James understands that interested and involved clients enhance the quality of his representation of those clients. He is not threatened by knowledgeable clients who desire involvement in their case; rather, he looks to their active involvement. A favorable result for our clients is of utmost importance to James and he understands that client interest and feedback is an essential element to success.
James enjoys the relationship between attorney and client. Call him today to discuss any potential matter and you will be impressed by his responsiveness and overall interest in you, the client, as well as the matter for which you seek representation.
